FuncProg overwiew and usage guide 

Note that this training presentation is from an earlier version of FuncProg and some changes have been made:

• Function Block data entry points are better aligned
• Additional parameters have been added (all blocks now have input AND/OR options)
• Additional Functions have been added such as Hours Run & Minutes Run timers for the AL blocks, a library of 'Compare' evaluations & results, and Enthalpy calculations
